We're happy to announce that SmarterMail 14.x is out of BETA! Version 14.0 has been made live and can be downloaded from the SmarterMail Downloads page.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the BETA! We appreciate your time and efforts. The SmarterMail 14.x BETA category will be removed in one week to allow time to gather any necessary information from the BETA threads.

If you have any questions about this new version, please feel free to create individual Community threads or contact the sales department by emailing sales@smartertools.com. During business hours, you can also start a live chat or call us at 877-357-6278.

Can we use the Message Sniffer licenses we already own, or are we being forced to buy through SmarterTools?

Does the final have the Office 365 Mac EAS/EWS fix? If not, when can we expect it?

I installed SM 14 yesterday eve and bought Message Sniffer - not sure it's all that effective as I'm still getting spam with code 0 (clean) - hope it's worth it.

No, we are still working on that. It's somewhat complicated in that there are functions in later versions of EWS that deal with conversations which we don't have any backend support for in SmarterMail at the moment. We will have that updated in a minor to 14 though.

Sorry, no. The licensing works exactly like all of our other add-ons.

SmarterUser, you can continue to use Message Sniffer as you already have configured. You will not be able to use the integrated Message Sniffer without acquiring a new license.

I think this is an instance where SmarterMail admins had one vision for the integration, and SmarterTools had a vastly different vision. It's a shame they didn't do a simple integration for those who wanted it, and a "premium" integration for those who wanted to pay more. That would be taking care of the customers.

What's "special" about the direct integration compared to running with Declude?
