Ticket button disappeared?

and the "Leave a Message' button is not working..
 
Anyone else having this issue?

Hey Spencer,
 
Can you check your permissions for the departments? Go to Settings > Manage > Departments. Edit the department that should be showing in your portal. For "New Tickets in Portal" make sure this is set on the correct role and Save. If you go back to your Portal and are logged in with that role, if needed, you should see the Tickets tab.

it seems that in trouble shooting a separate issue, I failed to properly assign any ticket queues to that brand to the button went away... Thank you for the help!
