Session timeout when login to smartermail

 Hello Team,
 
We are getting session time out error while logging to smartermail.
 
When we logged in its session expire again and again. As we tried all the possibilities which you suggested.
 
Please let us know the solution.  We are waiting for your replay.

This is a known issue that we are actively trying to resolve. Unfortunately, we have been unable to recreate the lost session issue in our local tests here at SmarterTools. Fortunately, there are several individuals that have been gracious enough to do testing on there servers that are exhibiting the lost connection problem.
