It would be nice to directly register the email sender to the users/organizations list.
Before v11, we could just click in the sender's email address and change it.
In v11, this is not possible. It is a nice feature, to be able to change the email address associated to a ticket.
Also clicking on the email address should give an option to register that email as a user or organization.
Trouble logging in? Simply enter your email address OR username in order to reset your password.
