why my smartermail V12.4 which some account can't display full content such as image, text color

why some email account in my smartermail V12.4 Server. while received email from another domain only some group emails. then those email not able to show full content. such as image, text color and etc in the emails.

Hi Steve Reid, Please look at my image below. The same email send to more recipient. But they got difference content.

The first image below of the first recipient can't show the content in the email. Then the second image below in mailbox of second recipient can show the content.

Looks like the first one is set to plain text, where the second one is set to html

Hi Steve Reid, there are normal view. I'm didn't change anything. the first image i open from first Recipient. Then Second image i Open this email from Second Recipient.

Because this why the same email that send from another mail server send to users email account in my domain these email not show the same content

Hi Steve Reid, The first image & Second image a open from difference account in my Smartermail Server. Event I open from Mobile, MS Outlook or Difference web browse a still see the detail or content of email like the image 1 & Image 2.

So any idea to fix this please.
