Unable to activate POP/IMAP Retrieval

Hello
 
I cant activate POP/IMAP Retrieval in services, nothing happened, Please help.

What is the status of the services?  Also what version and edition of SmarterMail are you running?

Hi Brian,

Services ( imap/pop retrieval ) are in inactive mode.
SmarterMail version is 12.3

Please update to the latest version of SmarterMail 12 (12.5.5409) or version 13 if your key allow you to.  Then after upgrading please run self diagnostic to verify there are no permission issue and then try to activate the services.

Hi,
We've updated smartermail version to 12.5 but issue not resolved yet. in self diagnostic all thing is normal.

HI,
 
Take a look at the error logs to make sure there is no addition information that may help to point to why the services are not starting.  If you are not able to find any answers in there you will probably want to start a support ticket as I am not sure what other troubleshooting steps can be taken without access to your install.
