What's your best Anti-spam methods?

Hello, 
We run Enterprise 12.x and use Cyren (Commtouch) as well as Bruce Barnes settings but spam is becoming out of hand. 
 
What works for those of you that are happy with your spam filtering?
 
We're thinking of ditching Cyren and going back to Message Sniffer which we used in iMail prior to moving to SmarterMail.

Try symantec.cloud (messagelabs), if you don't mind my saying so. I use them instead of Cyren. Yes it costs more but cuts email admin overhead by lots more than it costs. And, the WAN traffic + all that filtered spam never makes it onto your network/mail server. IMO worth it. Shameless plug - I don't work for them or get anything for saying this.
