Smartermail 12 Search too slow

Hello,
 
We have upgraded to version 12 an now the search of emails for webmail users are really slow. Is there any fixes available for this?

Hi Abhilash,
 
This isn't a known issue that I'm aware of in SmarterMail 12.x. If you believe there's a performance issue in SmarterMail I'd recommend submitting a support ticket so we can troubleshoot this further for you.

Andrea is correct. These types of issues usually require looking at your system itself to see what is causing the slowness. Diagnosing in the community or forum would be extremely difficult.
