Delete CC field that appears empty

In the header of the emails, the CC field appears empty. Is it possible to delete this field? At least when it is empty.
Subject: test subject
From: <test@myemail.it>
Reply-To: MailUp Support  <test@myemail.it>
To:  <test2@otheremail.it>
CC:
Message-ID: <id-message>

Maybe your client software is adding it? I don't see that in my emails

Usually, we use the web interface.
If I create a new ticket from the web interface i receive an email with the field empty. It can be a problem with email templates?

PS: We use the SmarterTrack version 9.
