Wrong owner of Calendar booking/Booking displayed incorrectly

Resolved
Users who receive bookings from external users often experience (in Outlook 2013) that;
 
1. The booking isn't displayed as accepted but as proposed in the calendar
2. The owner of theese bookings has the wrong owner and users cannot delete calendar bookings or decline them. Error messages vary from "you are not the owner of this meeting" to "you are the owner and cannot delete this booking"
 
We are using ActiveSync
