unblock user?

I'm using smartermail professional 5.1 and someone is trying to email to a user and its getting rejected. How do I unblock someone if it doesn't seem that they're blocked. I've checked under "smtp blcoked senders" and the email or domain is not their. Is there a way to whitelist an email?
