Blank New Message Panel / Cannot Edit Contacts for client using Chrome

Hi,
Odd one here, running the latest SM version 12.4.5364 and we have a client using Chrome who, when they click new message simply gets a blank panel appearing. They reported this in the week and a reboot of the server resolved it now its back and the reboot does nothing. also they say they are unable to edit contacts. Reply to an email gives the same issue.
We are unable to reproduce the error but wondered if anyone else had this issue?

I have a similar issue using Chrome. When I double click a mail, wanting to reply to it, I simply get a blank box with which I can do nothing at all.

Also I still have issues whereby the pop-up screen needs to be resized, I thought this had been fixed in the latest version but maybe not? Unless we have to reset something.

I just started having the same problem, but if I open Smartermail in IE I don't have it. I updated to newest version of Chrome, which didn't help. Apparently, something in Chrome is causing this

A suggestion was made to remove any extensions from Chrome. I removed the two I had; Google Docs and Maps Galaxy, which seemed to work temporarily, but then the blank screens started again. I notice I get the same blank screens when I try to open news stories, etc in Yahoo, AOL that I have accessed through Chrome. I have no problems when I access Smartermail through IE. So the problem has to be with Chrome, not Smartermail.

Yes, and as with you guys, I have no problem opening mails etc, when using IE, so it must be a Chrome issue,
