Blank New Message Panel / Cannot Edit Contacts for client using Chrome

Odd one here, running the latest SM version 12.4.5364 and we have a client using Chrome who, when they click new message simply gets a blank panel appearing. They reported this in the week and a reboot of the server resolved it now its back and the reboot does nothing. also they say they are unable to edit contacts. Reply to an email gives the same issue.
We are unable to reproduce the error but wondered if anyone else had this issue?

Also I still have issues whereby the pop-up screen needs to be resized, I thought this had been fixed in the latest version but maybe not? Unless we have to reset something.
