Yes, all SmarterTools products have a complete set of Web service calls that can be used to automate a number of different features, including account creation. FYI: You also have this page on your own installation. You can get to it by adding the /services/ directory to your SmarterMail URL. (E.g., mail.your-domain.com/services/).
