Is it possible to give someone access to the Mail archive without giving them full access?

We have 10-15 requests for emails per day in my company. I'd really like to give a person access to search the archive without giving them access to everything else in smartermail.

I've tried navigating to https://mail.movingcost.com/Main/frmMessageArchiveSearch.aspx which works fine when logged in, but wants to kick you to the login>main page if you are not logged in.... I tried disabling authentication on this page as well with no luck..

Any ideas or software that can read smartermails archive?

Seems like a serious security hole you are trying to open...

What are these emails they are asking for? Are the false positive spam emails?

Obviously I'd block the page from only being accessed by certain IPs....The emails are from customers.. .Customer complaints, paperwork, ect. We are a sales company and part of our QA is checking emails...

I'm still unsure why you need message archive, are these emails not making it to the intended inbox?

They are making it to the intended inbox, but we QA our emails... If a customer says a sales person was rude in the email, the chances of the sales person to send us an email incriminating himself is low. There is also the cases where the sales person deletes paperwork emails. In order to investigate the issues we need to make sure the customer sent the email....Hiring an IT person just to look through emails all day is a waste. So I'd like to give lower level people access to read emails. Is there a way?

I do not think currently there is a way to do this. However I can see the benefit and I think this would be a good feature request.
