SmarterTrack SSO, logout problem?

I have two site: mysite.com, support.mysite.com (using SmarterTrack). I config SSO  between two site by following this article: 
 
The login work fine, but I cannot logout from support.mysite.com. When logout, the authentication cookie of main site (mysite.com) have not been deleted yet, so the user still be authenticated. 
 
Is this my mistake? How can I fix this problem?

Hello, a possible instant fix would be to clean your cookies (so that you can log out) but if this is a recurring issue i would recommend on submitting a support ticket? Does this just happen anywhere on the portal side no matter which page you are on? or is it only in a section such as the community?

Hi, thank you @Ashley Maberry. This happen for all pages on the portal side. I have solved my issue by adding this line (<httpCookies domain=".mysite.com"/>) to both web.config.

No I do not use SSO. But I was hoping to attract attention.

I tried upgrading to the latest version and the problem still exists. Note, this problem is still unresolved.
