Logs showing no results

I am trying to find out why we are not receiving emails from one domain that we have received fine in the past.
 
The last email I found in message archiving was from may of this year. If I search my logs dated back to include this month, I get no results.
 
How can message archiving have an email that I have no logs for? I am also certain they tried to email us since then and yet I am unable to find anything.

I assume you ran all of the external tests?
 
Have you asked them to try sending a message and then checked your logs, to verify they did not screw up the address they are supposed to be sending to?

Looks like I had delete logs enabled somehow. I do not remember ever turning that on.
