Print Button does not work on Windows 8.1 and IE 11

Print Button does not work on Windows 8.1 and IE 11

When clicked the email in the pane blinks but the print window does not apear. I have confirmed that popup blocker is not the issue.
 
Running Smarter Mail version 12.4 on WIN 2003 IIS6

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks

I wanted to update you that we are contiuing to look into the issues with the Printing with Internet Explorer 11.x on a Windows 8.1x OS. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Is there a workaround that will enable IE 11 users to print an email until a permanent fix is in place?

Jack, are you using a tablet / Surface? I've tried printing an email in IE 11 on a Win8.1 PC with no problems.

Robert, I am using a Surface Pro 3 with Win 8.1 Por and IE 11.0.9600

Printing from Chrome or FireFox should work fine. It seems only IE 11 on the Surface is experiencing this problem.

Is this still an open issue. I seem to have the problem with 8.1, IE 11 and SmarterMail Version - 13.2.5511. Issue was also with previous version of SmarterMail. I was hoping latest version would include fix.
