Help with Sharepoint
Question asked by Brent Schroeder - 9/22/2014 at 6:23 PM

My organization upgraded to the most recent version of Smartermail from version 7.x a couple months ago.  When we did this, all of our users who use Outlook, lost their Sharepoint connections.  Outlook gave an error message "Server was unable to process the request ----> list (xxxxxxx) does not exist.  I attributed this to making such a big version jump, so we resolved the problem by painstakingly removing the sharepoint connections, then adding them back via the webmail on each affected system (200+).  Well this week we transfered smartermail to a new server, following the very simple steps listed, and once again, none of the sharepoints will connect.  Same error message as before, absolutely everything else works perfectly....  Is there something I am missing, or is this to be expected on any sort of upgrade, or change to smartermail?  I feel like I have searched High and low for sharepoint/smartermail information, but have come up empty handed.  Any help would be very appreciated!
