Mobile Web Interface for SmarterTrack and CC/BCC

Is there a way to turn on CC/BCC in the mobile Web Interface for SmarterTrack? We have a need to always BCC a general department within our firm when replying to tickets, and do not have this option currently via the mobile web interface.

Is there a way to set it up in events? Does smarter track have events? If so you could use an "add recipient" event.... I don't know enough about the system.
