Phrase search coming with SmarterTrack 11?

In Smartertrack 9 and 10 it is not possible to use two or more search terms to find a ticket, that contains all of the terms (Boolean: AND). Example:
 
Body of
... ticket A contains: Freedom Act
... ticket B contains: Freedom
... ticket C contains: Act
 
If I use one of the following search terms 
 
Freedom Act
"Freedom Act"
Freedom AND Act
+Freedom +Act  
 
Smarter Track shows me as a result the tickets A, B and C - but I only wanted to find ticket A. 

Are you planning to add a phrase search in SmarterTrack 11?

Does the announced fix of the advanced search - see: http://portal.smartertools.com/community/a472/prospects-of-fixing-the-advanced-search.aspx - will also bring the needed AND-search?
