SmarterStats Cannot Turn Off Charts

Resolved

I cannot turn of charts in custom reports. Despite selecting "No Chart", charts show when a report has been generated. Also, when sending reports via email, charts show in email. SmarterStats Free Edition Version 9.1.5339

Hey Paul,
Which report(s) are you seeing this behavior on within the custom reports? I am trying to replicate this here locally without any success. Both email reports and chart settings are handled correctly.

Hi Michael, any new custom report that I create behaves in this way, including reports that have been established for years. This began occurring a few SS updates back.

Hey Paul,
I am testing against the latest release of SmarterStats 9.2.5360. This isn't a custom build, rather the latest release of the software. I would recommend updating to the latest build first. If the issue is still present, you may need to open a support ticket so our support team can take a further look. Steps to complete a minor upgrade of SmarterStats can be found over in our knowledge base.

Hi Michael, I updated to the latest release 9.2.5360. The issue remains. Custom reports generate with a different sort order than that of how they are designed.

Installation of SmarterStats Free 10.0 resolved this issue.
