Would like a online help document system

Hi,
 
I am looking for a on-line help document management system something very similar to Smartertools system:

Smarttools do not sell this as its been developed internally.Has anyone any thoughts/ideas/links they can provide me for something very similar?

Of course Smartertools sells SmarterTrack, or am I not understanding something?

The help system we use was developed internally as a separate system and it's not part of SmarterTrack. It was cobbled together many years ago so integrating it with SmarterTrack would be a bit of a chore. That said, we've discussed adding a help system to SmarterTrack for some time. Who knows what the future holds...

I think Rav is looking for suggestions for a help system similar to the one we use rather than making a feature request. At least that's how I read his post.
