The most recent release of SmarterMail 13.X is 13.4.5603, which is three releases newer than the version you are currently running.
I would do three things:
- Clear your browser's caches - to ensure that there is no garbage in the cache which might be inserted in the document print function;
- Make certain you are on the most recent releases of Chrome and Firefox;
- Upgrade your installed version of SmarterMail from 13.2.5511 to SmarterMail 13.4.5603
If those suggestions don't help, then you might also try doing a complete uninstall, reboot, and reinstall of your SmarterMail software.
While rare, upgrades can sometimes allow locked files to remain in place and those older file versions can cause some of the biggest troubleshooting headaches.
