How does one forward Smartermail emails to my gmail account?

How does one forward Smartermail emails to my gmail account? And further, how can "Smartermail emails" forwarded to gmail be replied to using the smartermail address in the "from" field even though these replies are composed sent from Gmail. e.g. Jane sends an email to John at Smartermail. Jane's email is forwarded to John's Gmail. John uses his Gmail to read Jane's email and replies to Jane. Jane then receives John's reply as though it was sent from John's Smartermail account, not John's Gmail account ("from" field indicates that the email is coming from John's Smarter Mail account). Thanks

Hello James,

Thanks for the inquiry. I would setup the forwarding under the user profile for the account in SmarterMail. I would also complete the 'Reply To: field with the SmarterMail account of your choice, if different.  Once the email is delivered to Gmail account you will then choose to reply, which will go back to the SmarterMail account it was sent from or you can choose to reply to all and then have the SmarterMail account that was entered in the Reply To field.

Please let me know if this helps.

Thanks.

This should be easy enough using a computer but this may be difficult using a mobile device. Is there anyway I could set automatically to reply to "Smartermail > Gmail" emails to reply from Smartermail address even though I actually use my device/gmail to reply? I know this is an awkward question and I hope that my question and goals are clear. Cheers...
