We have a user with sync issues. When I take a look into log file for ActiveSync account, I often see this message : GetEmailMessagesForActiveSync: Could not find the folder ..
Folder name had specials caracters like "é à" and I request user to change this name to standard character.
User rename it correctly but I still have this error messages.
I'm using SmarterMail 13.3 with Outlook 2013, ActiveSync Account
