How to tell why Cyren Commtouch flag messages as spam?
Question asked by Wei Feng Ding - 8/26/2014 at 11:27 AM
Recently, we have many legimate messages been marked as spam by Commtouch and quarantined. Those emails were sent from webmail. We've sent a few test email with simple content in the email from various addresses, they were also been marked as spam. Is there a way to tell why Commtouch marked them as spam? Client's Ip and server IP are not in any RBL or Cyren IP blacklist.

Hello Wei Feng,
Thanks for the inquiry. I wanted to follow up with you to see if you were aware of the Cyren, formerly CommTouch Spam reporting processes.  Please review the article for more details.  Since the Add-On is a third party application we do not have access to the details on what they record as Spam or the weights applied.  If you have legitimate emails being blocked please let us know.
Thank You.
