Recently, we have many legimate messages been marked as spam by Commtouch and quarantined. Those emails were sent from webmail. We've sent a few test email with simple content in the email from various addresses, they were also been marked as spam. Is there a way to tell why Commtouch marked them as spam? Client's Ip and server IP are not in any RBL or Cyren IP blacklist.
