System events in SmarterTrack

Is it possible to add custom system events in SmarterTrack?

For example, I would like an automated email to be sent to an user when the administrator creates the user in the management interface. The email will include the new user's id and password.

I assume this can be done through a email template right?

Hello Shyh-Xiang,
You may create custom System events in SmarterTrack that will send out a reply or update a ticket. At this time, we do not have an event type or category that will allow an email or response be sent out when a User account is created. If you were to register an account from the portal you will receive a confirmation email to validate the email address so the account can be updated.
