Body Content Filtering Not Working

Running SmarterMail Enterprise 12.0, for some reason I cannot get Body content filtering to work.
 
Subject works fine, but body just won't work at all. Anyone have any idea what I could look at?

Hi Tyler.  What is the Content Filter you have setup?  I'll test this locally for you.
