Hi,
 
I am using SM 13.x latest available build and facing strange issue for one customer,
only one email id is created and same is configured in 4 systems having MS Outlook 2013, account is configured as POP3
 
Problem: Whenever send/receive takes place, it always prompts for password, when i retype the password it takes it successfully, at the same time when i go to account properties and test the settings there too it passes, but when receiving it again prompts for password.
 
I am able to login webmail successfully with same password, what could be the catch here !!

I have received one more issue apart from given in first post,
 
While send/receive, i get error
Receiving  reported error (0x80042104): "Your e-mail server does not have the features required to allow messages to be left on the server"
 
have not seen such error anytime before, any clue here..
