Mailing List
Problem reported by JML - 2/23/2015 at 2:45 PM
Resolved
When selecting Subscriber Address for the List to Address field - if you have a more than X amount of subscribers, it is sending the List Address (even though Subscriber Address is selected).  I've tested it with a small amount of users and it works fine.  However once you load over X - it seems to default to using the list address for some reason.  I'm not sure what the X value is but it seemed to have worked fine with 377 but when sent with 495 and 656 it used the wrong To address.

JML, thank you for bringing this to our attention.  Unfortunately, I have been unable to duplicate the scenario.  I have created a mailing list with 701 subscribers and set the List To Address to Subscriber Address.  This shows correctly with various subscriber sizes.

What version of SM are you using?

SmarterMail Enterprise Edition Version 13.2.5511 I just updated two weeks ago. I'm not sure when the next time I have a list to send. Is there some type of logging I could enable?

I have deleted all subscribers and then add one.  It seems that SmarterMail is stuck on using the list address for some reason even though the screen is showing the subscribers address.  SmarterMail has been restarted and its still holding on to that one setting.  This happens with a new list too.

I installed the latest release of SmarterMail last night and still having the same issue.  I uninstalled the old version before installing the new version.  So not sure what else to try...
