Hi Andy. First thing I would try is deleting all cookies / temp files from the browser. If you're still seeing the Oops page afterwards, then perform a quick reinstallation by following these steps:
- Stop the SmarterTrack application pool in IIS.
- Uninstall SmarterTrack from the Control Panel
- Rename C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterTrack to SmarterTrack_OLD
- Download and install SmarterTrack from here.
- Copy the file 'SystemSettings.xml' from C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterTrack_OLD\MRS\App_Data\Config to C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterTrack\MRS\App_Data\Config
- Start the SmarterTrack application pool in IIS.
