How many spam tests are done on a message and how are they selected?

When viewing the headers of e-mail and spam for that matter, I wonder why I only see what appears maybe 4 tests?  How many tests are checked for an incoming message, can the number and priority be adjusted?

For example I have a message that should have been caught as spam and shows this in the header: X-SmarterMail-Spam: SPF_None, ISpamAssassin 4 [raw: 3], DK_None, DKIM_None X-SmarterMail-TotalSpamWeight: 4 Why none of the better tests?

You need to ask whomever setup your Smartermail server. All spam tests are subject to whatever the Admin puts in place.

Every SmarterMail runs on different kind of mail volume and the type of spam. You need to fine tune it as it goes by.
