Filters Does Not Work On Custom Reports

Hi,
 
Does anyone has issue using filters on custom reports?  We've recently upgraded from SmarterStats 8.x to Smarter 9.x (we had 9.0.5318 last week, then to 9.1.5339 today).  We've noticed that the filters takes no effects on the custom reports we've setup before, but the same filters will work if we just run say the Top Pages under Site Activities.  We've tried to re-create both the filter and report, but no success.  Is it some setting/config we missed or is this a bug of the system?  We are highly depending on the filter with custom reports to provide data to our internal clients.  We are running SmarterStats Enterprise 9.1 (9.1.5339) on Windows 2003 Server and IIS 6.

If you just updated to 9.1.5339 try deleting  your filter and re-create it.  After you do that it should work.

Thanks for the quick reply Brian. I've delete and recreate the filter as well as the custom report, but still no effect.

I've also upgraded my test install on my local machine (Server 2008 R2) to 9.1.5339 and found the same issue.

Can anyone confirm their filters work on custom reports?
 
We've delete and re-create the filters as well as custom reports on both our production environment and my local testing installs but filters still won't work on custom reports for either.

Taking a second look at this a bit further, I actually do see this being a current issue in the latest release of SmarterStats 9.x.  I will go ahead and get this added to list of issues to address in the next minor release of SmarterStats.

Just a quick update for you regarding this issue. A release is scheduled later today that should address the noted issues you were having.

Hi, are the filters working? I could not filter documents by country...just to make sure I am doing well, how is the fastest way to get that report?
