Chat widget like Zopim

I suggest you change the WhosOn feature so that it is equal to Zopim. 
He is at the bottom of the page and already open as if the attendant had already speaking.

I have moved this because the feature already exists.  In SmarterTrack you have the ability to create System Events that can be based on a variety of conditions when users browse your site and automatically initiate a Live Chat at any point. This offers much more flexibility than Zopim and is extremely powerful.  Hope this helps,

I know well the WhosOn and events of smartertrack I use your tool for many years. What am I talking about Zopim has a very big difference of UX for the site visitor. Visit http://www.redehost.com.br/email-exchange and wait 5 seconds and see the Zopim widget in the right corner of the site. Only if the visitor replied, the chat will really open to the attendant.
My question is if you intend to leave the WhosOn smartertrack as good as the Zopim widget.
