More variables in the e-mails

Hi,
 
Doesn't make it sense to add more "variables" in the e-mails. Like I want when a user open a ticket based on his contrat and SLA show him directly in the ticket the Priority. If he has an account instead of writing dear customer it would be better to write Mr Doe, 
 
So a lot of variables are missing from my point of view. What do you think ? 
 
Some ideas instead of the #agentavatar who return the full <img content a variable agentavatarURL who return just the picture. 
 
The same for the SurveyURL, it's yet not possible to include the variable in a button or so because the variable render extra HTML content.

Basically the goal is to have all the informations stored available as variables.

Make any sense for you guys ?

I also need this functionality.  Even just to be able to display the brand and the URL to the brand support portal in the emails so we can direct people back to the relevant support site.

This is indeed as potential use for any of Support System that deals industry standards. This way, we can ask our customer "Trust Us"

This should also apply to canned replies. There are no variable options at all in there.
