Emails on Inbox lost their subject

Hi all,
 
All of my emails on the inbox have lost their subject and body
I've tried this : http://portal.smartertools.com/kb/a2629/no-subject-or-no-sender-messages.aspx?KBSearchID=630739 but all i got was dozens of emails with the same subject and most of them continue without subject or body.
 
Has anyone tried this? Any solution for this ?

Thanks for the information. This sounds familiar where the emails are not displaying any information. Have you tried to re-index the account(s) that are exhibiting the issue ?

Hi Joseph, Thanks you for your feedback. I've re-indexed the account, but it didn't solve the problem. Some emails still don't have a subject, other (several dozens) have all the same subject, although different sizes. Thank you Carlos Santos

Hello Carlos,
 
Thanks for the update. You may want to submit a Support Ticket so we can review the details further. We would need a copy of the mailbox to determine what specially is occurring and any surrounding variables.
