"Enable popup for new messages and replies" option

in use account option there should be the option "Enable popup for new messages and replies"

but i haven't.

Make sure you are looking at KB that is for your particular version of Smartermail.

you are right steve.

I had changed "v6" in "v13" in url, and i thought that KB is for v13 version.

no problem. you are right: in v.13 there isn't this options.

there is a way to not have the popup window for composing message?
