auto responder is not the same as portal submission and email submission

When anybody tries to submit ticket through portal, they are getting acknowledge messages through Portal. But, anybody trying to raise a ticket through their registered mail, they are simply getting the same content as they mentioning in their tickets not the ticket Auto-Responders what we configured on the Auto-Responder on the Portal.
Should consider to implement this.
