SmarterTrack 10.1.5276 System Event Notification Issues

I noticed there is an issue within notifications. 
 
Under System Events,
 
The #body# doesn't seem to produce any output after the upgrade to the latest version from the previous.
 
The #body# is the only one not work. The rest included below work fine.
 
I have an event setup to produce the following:
 
 
 
A client follow-up response has been received.
 
TECH ASSIGNED TO THIS TICKET: #agentassigned#
 
Please log into the ticket system to work this ticket.
 
 
TICKET:            [#ticketnumber#]
SUBJECT:           "#subject#"
CLIENT NAME:       #cf_1#
CLIENT EMAIL:      #customeremail#

DETAILS:           #body#
