Mailbox Migration Issue

While in the process of migrating a mailbox from an MSN account, the user changed their password to the MSN account.  Now when we try to migrate the mailbox a second time we get the following message "Your mailbox items are currently importing.This page will refresh every 5 seconds until all operations are completed". Yet when I look under Current Migrations, no migrations are listed.
 
How can I kill the process on the mailbox so I can start the mailbox migration again?

Restart the smartermail service?

If restart the SM the information about mailbox migration goes lost.

Donavon, this issue should be fixed in the latest SM 14.4 release.

Robert, this issue remaing in 15.5 version! :(

If I go to Current migration don't appears anything.
If I go to Mailbox Import have the information the import it's OK and have 46 messages imported and wait 5 seconds for the refresh.
