Why is there no email in my mailbox after I sync with outlook 2007? pls help

If there's no email in your Smartermail Inbox, it's most likely because you've set Outlook to remove email from the server when it downloads mail. You have most likely set up a POP3 account. Try setting the account up as IMAP.
