Multi-File download not working

Resolved
When attempting to download multiple files from the file storage at one time, it states "No files selected". However, I can delete the same selected files. I can also un-select all but one and the download will work.

Thanks for the inquiry. I was able to replicate the scenario using the current build of SmarterMail 13.1.5451. I would like to know if you have observed any other difficulties with downloading individual files. Please let us know and I'll report this as a potential bug.

Thanks for alerting us of this matter. We have modified the way the download works and have created a custom build that should allow you to download multiple files. I believe the default download will prompt is now a zip file format.
