Smartermail Version 12.2.5269 crashes

Hello,
 
we have a problem with the latest version 12.2.5269. Now, the mail server crashes more than once a day. Does anyone have the same problem? Windows has 3 GB memory free. EAS reports errors:

Only a service restart solve the problem.

We're also having this issue with ActiveSync and the latest version of SmarterMail.

Thanks for the information. I wanted to check back to see if you are observing any further difficulties with ActiveSync. I presume you have upgraded to the current build of SmarterMail 12.5x or 13x to have the corrections to the ActiveSync error messages.
 
Please let us know if you have any other trouble.

I can confirm we always run the latest version of Smarter Mail. The problem was fixed on our side by upgrading the email server from 2GB to 4GB of memory. It seems that from time to time, with 2GB, the SmarterMail process is trying to use too much of the available memory, apparently during ActiveSync synchronisation of large accounts. I've seen the SmarterMail process using more than 1GB of memory during the synchronisation of a single account. If the spike of goes above the total 2GB that's available, everything crashes as a result.
