ALL Scheduled Email Reports in SmarterStats: "REPORT NOT SENT"

Greetings,
 
Within SmarterStats, we have a number of scheduled monthly email reports that go out the first of each month.  This month, ALL of the emails did not go out.  After viewing logs, it showed "REPORT NOT SENT" for each site.
 
Test emails of the Custom Reports were successful.
 
I looked through the Web interface Logs > General and found this repeatedly:
Email report error to {Email Addresses} : System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: The operation has timed out.
 
Also, just checked the server time; 15 Mins late.  How impacting could that be on SMTP traffic?
 
This is pretty urgent that this get resolved asap so any suggestions would be VERY much appreciated.

We have a similar issue.  We are running on the next to latest version of Smarterstats, and for the past couple of months certain scheduled reports fail to send.  They keep retrying and eventually do make it through, but this takes days and repeated timeout errors.  It is only on reports for our larger website that gathers data for year to date and/or last year's data.
All the other reports, and these reports on smaller sites, work just fine.  These are custom reports on Keywords and Phrases as well as Visitor trends.
The error we get starts -
Exception Processing: Server 1, Site 44 System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond Server stack trace:
Anyone else having this issue?
