Unable to change Message Priority flag

Users are no longer able to change the Message Priority flag on new emails and replies, the problem occurs in FF and Chrome, did not check IE.

Make sure you're running the latest release. I tested it using Chrome and it works fine for me. -Joe

I just sent an email with high priority with no issues. Using Chrome and the latest version of SM 13.
