Can send email, but they aren't going anywhere.

Help!! is anyone having issue with smarter mail? It seems sometime during the early morning approx. 2amEST (I am in Melbourne AUS) mail was not being received. Sending is fine, but they are not going anywhere. Is anyone else having this problem? We are on version 12.1 on webmail.

On your sending issues, do the logs reveal any useful information?  Do you see the messages being handed over to recipient server?  we are not seeing any issues on our SmarterMail
