Don't see how this is possible without a content filter setup.

As Steve suggested do you have a content filter set up to do this?  You can check the delivery log and it will tell you if a filter action performed and what filter performed it.

Hi, Sorry to post to such an old thread we running 14,2 and are experiencing the same type issue (it's unclear if its from a specific address)  . I have checked the mailbox  in question and no content filer rules have been set-up.  I have checked the headers of the email in question and they look OK e.g, X-SmarterMail-TotalSpamWeight=0;

I did send e test email from my account and it was delivered to the users inbox OK.

The user is running I.E on Windows 7. I am asking them to confirm the version.
Thanks in advance.

John, what do your delivery logs say for the specific mailbox in question?

from the delivery log

[2015.08.19] 09:33:20 [55324] Starting local delivery to xxxxxxxx@chdliving.co.uk
[2015.08.19] 09:33:20 [55324] Delivery for xxxxxxx@ascotrehab.com to xxxxxxxxxx@chdliving.co.uk has completed (Delivered) Filter: None
[2015.08.19] 09:33:20 [55324] End delivery to xxxxxxxx@chdliving.co.uk

replaced names with xxxxx

BTW; email to multiple recipients on the same domain. However one one user has reported the issue. The user in questions says she only uses web-mail.

Odd as well I checked another recipient of the same email of the same domain and the email was in her inbox and not her draft folder.

I am seeing the same thing.  Were you ever able to determine the cause ?
