As part of the Content Filtering actions there is no option to stop processing additional content filtering rules. I'm using a rule to move emails with non-english (russian) characters in the subject to my junk email but then i have emails in spanish that i want to exclude from this rule so i created a new rule and put it at the top with domains that i want to whitelist for this purpose, but this is not working as expected since SM continues to process the additional rules.

 

 

This would be a great improvement to the system.
