as an emclient partner I asked if I can assign the licenses issued via sms to the license manager of one of my clients in order to sell further licenses

Thank you for reaching out. I'm afraid that it's not possible to move the test licenses from Smartermail account under Partner account. Same goes to licenses which users purchased in the past through us. Only new licenses can be assigned under your partner account.
