All email forwarding got cleared out. (maybe during upgrade) Anyone else find this ?

Feb 6th or so, we upgraded from SM v14 to the latest Build 8797.
We also use plesk control panel and upgraded that from the old "onyx" to the new "obsidian", but that was done back in January.

Somewhere along the line, all of our accounts that had email forwarding set up, seem to have all been cleared and no email forwarding is happening for any account now.  Today I am going through dozens of accounts and trying to correct them.

Has anyone else had this happen ?
I dont know if smarterMail caused this during the upgrade, or if Plesk caused this during its upgrades.

To address this problem, you may need to investigate whether the email forwarding settings were affected during the upgrades. It's unclear if SmarterMail or Plesk caused this issue. You may want to check the settings in both platforms to see if the configurations were reset during the upgrades.

YES.  We just upgraded from the "old" version, 8451 straight to 8839, and are getting a LOT of complaints about forwarding rules that are now blank.  Our admin confirmed the settings are still ON which permit forwarding rules in user accounts.  We do not use Plesk.

The upgrade is a huge jump. If a manageable number of users, simply correct forwarding (info from backup) for each user.

The upgrade should NOT have done this. Pain in the a**.
